FORT WORTH, Texas — The Army psychiatrist charged in last month’s deadly shooting spree at Fort Hood has been moved from a hospital’s intensive care unit to a private room.Defense attorney John Galligan said Wednesday that Maj. Nidal Hasan remains under guard at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio and is rehabilitating from his wounds, which left him paralyzed.Galligan says doctors have said Hasan needs to be hospitalized for at least two more months while he learns to care for himself
