According to an Oct 16/09 FedBizOpps special notice , the US Marine Corps Systems Command is purchasing 6,100 AN/VRC-104 radio systems for use in the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All Terrain Vehicles (M-ATV) .
